I just thought I would share a couple of my favourite SEO Tools that are not necessarily the usual SEO Tools that get mentioned as much as SEO Quake, Search Status, SEO Majestic, Open Site Explorer and SpyFu, etc.
Quix
Quix is an extensible bookmarklet from Joost De Valk, of Yoast.com, that allows you to easily access all your bookmarks and bookmarklets, across all your browsers, while maintaining them in only one spot.
It's a superb tool, as you can access lots of different SEO commands, such as the following –

In addition to basic SEO commands - you can access lots of social commands, webmaster commands, Analytics plus lots of basic commands such as Google Blog Search, Image Search etc.
It’s simple to use, very quick and very effective.
Solo Seo Tools
Solo SEO tools link search tool is one tool I definitely would miss if it disappeared. Essentially it’s an interface to access Google, Bing and Yahoo’s advanced operator functions all in one nice handy place.

I’ll set Google’s search settings to 100 - so that I can create a CSV of the top 100 listings with the SEOBook’s SEOforFireFox plug-in and then place them into an Excel spread sheet to work through. This way I can scrape large numbers of search listings very quickly and then work through them in MS Excel, using Neil Boesma’s SEO Tools plugin for MS Excel
N.B. SEO Book’s plugin does not seem to work if you are signed in to Google.
On top of this SEO Take Aways have a great list of 10000 Search Engine Queries for your Link Building Campaign, which you can use to research listings.
