Over the weekend I received so many spam emails from so-called experts in creating online wealth! I’d never heard of them, but they had reported that they’d made millions from their online marketing strategies. Really!? Do these people think we have no common sense? I did try and Google these so-called experts. Guess what? They were nowhere to be found!

Many of these so-called “Online Gurus” were offering to get me to the top of Google using products costing less than £25, oh dear! So this is how they make their money? By conning people?

I guess my message to you all is to be careful of what people say and what they promise.

As a business owner, it's tough out there. As if it's not hard enough to attract and keep customers - there is a whole band of people eager to get your money and they are only too willing to deceive and lie to you to do it.

In today’s tough economic climate I cannot stress enough the importance of checking out the company or individual has the credentials, proven track record and can demonstrate that they have achieved excellent business growth for their own company or others.

I've had many of these come flying into my bulging inbox myself.

I'm not a fan of any business that advertises itself with: "Our 30 day trial will prove ALL you need to know that our business works"

Probably works great for 30 days till Google drops your page ranking to 0 for all the black hat strategies. I don't know many people who only plan on having an effective website for 30 days.
