Hilton Hotels listing for their Cardiff branch in Google Maps returns a link to their German website. This delivers a message to consumers that they don't know what they're doing!

Google gave an option to narrow my search by postcode this morning, using Google Local results for a search for the generic keyword mattresses.

Keywords in your business name are important as Google bolds keywords in local search and bolded keywords improve click through ratios and potentially offline traffic as well.
